Each bottle reflects the authenticity of the terroir and the elegance of her craftsmanship:

• 2x Champagne Delong Esprit Nature Chardonnay 2013 – 100% Chardonnay. Indulgent and fresh with a slightly lemon-flavoured aftertaste, expressing finesse and vibrant minerality.
• 2x Champagne Delong Esprit Nature 2019 – 100% Meunier. Pale yellow satin color, fine bubbles, and delicate collar. Floral nose, slightly toasted, supple, fruity, floral, and silky on the palate.
• 2x Champagne Delong Esprit Nature Pinot Noir 2016 – 100% Pinot Noir. Fresh, slightly spicy and tangy palate revealing subtle notes of cherry and a refined structure.
• 2x Champagne Delong “Il Était Une Fois” 2015 – 54% Chardonnay, 46% Meunier.
  Pale gold with delicate pink reflections and fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is subtle, fresh, and slightly spicy. On the palate, lively acidity evokes pink grapefruit and a hint of kumquat, wrapped in a silky, mineral texture with a touch of salinity and creaminess.
• 2x Champagne Delong “L’Instant Boisé”– 57% Chardonnay, 29% Pinot Noir, 14% Meunier. It reveals an elegant, refined nose followed by a full, rounded palate with notes of candied pineapple and caramel
• 2x Champagne Delong “TER Originel” – 54% Chardonnay, 28% Pinot Noir, 18% Meunier. Crafted from sustainably grown grapes and aged for a minimum of three years in the cellar, this cuvée offers a rich, fruity nose and a fresh, round palate with notes of ripe pear and candied quince.
